Remove error for override on designator and value
Kerry Chayka
It's important to know when you've changed a part, but designator and value aren't really a part of that. Now when I move either the designator or the value (which I do for almost every part on a board) I get a ton of errors. Those errors make it hard to know when there's an actual issue on the board, because the error number is so high.
I don't even know if a warning is important for designator and value - it's just expected behavior to move them.
It is important to have an error for part overrides (including silk overrides) that aren't designator or value. For instance if you move a pin 1 indicator or an outline it could cause an issue. So that's why my request is to exclude designator and value from the error list rather than all silk
