Layout Copper Layer PDF Export

This is NOT Schematic PDF Export.
I'm proposing we implement export of each layer as PDF in addition to gerbers.
It's common practice to print out your top and bottom layer on paper to check for footprint accuracy with the real part before ordering the board.
I suspect that KiCad already has support for this and we may be able to expose it to users without too much dev work.

Hey Nabhan Fakrudin, that's right, we don't have that option. But if you want one, I encourage you to see if there's an open feature request for this and upvote it. Or if there isn't one, you can create one!
We had this feature early on but depreciated it because it wasn't used frequently and on top of that it wasn't working the way we wanted.

I feel that there is a need for that because people still want to see schematics on PDF.

The quality of exported PNG files depends on your screen resolution, so it's a screenshot of the canvas. The screenshot which often not contains some information that you need: meta module when there is a bug or you zoom out too much, no pinned comments, etc. I have an FHD display and exporting to PNG doesn't make any sense to me. If you have at least 2 small ICs and some passives around them and you want to capture the whole schematic in a single PNG then all text will be unreadable.
I am proposing to add an export to PDF. PDF that will contain all data like pin names, comments, etc
