Usercode that should change asset in 3d view is not working except if you have edit access

To repro:
- Clone/fork this project on your account https://www.flux.ai/jharwinbarrozo/example-simulation-of-astable-multivibrator-circuit
- Then once it's cloned, wait for the LEDs to blink in the schematic editor before going to the 3D view. Now, you will see those LEDS are blinking in 3D!
- Go back to that original project, and see if you can see the LEDS blinking in the 3d view, for sure NOT because you don't have write access!
Therefore, usercode written on that LED that should change an asset in 3d view is not working unless you have edit access to the project where it's being consumed
