Thermal Relief is canceled

First time I added the Thermal Relief to the layout rules it worked fine. But after some PCB editing, the thermal relief is no longer processed. It's still there and configured correctly. It has something to do with this particular design.
Also I noticed that Keep Out does not work on several Objects, in my case J4. The distance between GND plane and the pads on J4 cannot be changed. Why?
I would like you to help me resolve this problem since I can't generate the Gerber files for production and I would need to do that soon. Without thermal relief and the keep out rules correctly applied soldering will be very difficult.

Jharwin, when you look at my board again, please check the comments I wrote here. They may not have been tagged correctoy.
Here is the list of things I'm observing:
1: thermal relief is not applied everywhere. See caps at the XTAL
2: designators cannot be changed on the silk screen (or removed when switching between 3D and 2D mode
3: 3D does not show silk screen but only elements. Even after adding silk screen color to the layout, the 3D view does not show it.
4: as others reported, the 3D model export is terrible, too many items, e.g. vias. It should be simplified but should also include silk screen and colors (texture). That's a feature request ;-)
Looking forward to hearing from you. Hope you are fine with all my bug reports. Don't get me wrong, I love Flux.ai, but it all seems pretty new. And I'm looking forward when you enable Copilot on the PCB editor!

Juergen Kienhoefer: For 1 and 2, I have answers for those. For 3, which is the main thing I've been debugging since yesterday, I think I know what causes it. I sent you a pm on Slack.

Juergen Kienhoefer: thank you. I'll take a look right away.

- Thermal relief issue was caused by the "keepout minimum" present in the global rule. Removing it fixes the issue. I will report this to the team why this happened. See screenshot 1.
- "I noticed that Keep Out does not work on several Objects, in my case J4. The distance between GND plane and the pads on J4 cannot be changed. Why?"
-- It's not actually just the J4, but the all the pads inside a component were affected. You need to add "!important" flag after the Keep out value for it to affect even the pads that inside a component. See screenshot 2
You can now continue working on your project, let me know if you need help on something.

Jharwin Thank you so much fixing my board. I'm a bit confused, removing the "keep out" rule now has no effect. I disabled it and the board routes fine now. I need to fix a lot of GND connections that should have been thermal relief automatically. In this area you see what I mean, all GNDs pads are not connected anymore. Others are getting thermal relief correctly. Tell me, what did I do wrong before and now? Second question: why can I not change the sticking vias to less then 1mm? Where is the constraint?

Hi Jharwin, I'm now pretty much finished with the board. I could fix the missing thermal reliefs by hand, but I think that's not the pint of the exercise, was it? Or is it just a global setting you did and I missed?
