collinsemasi - the sub dialog does pop out now to show the full dialog - when I first checked, it was still slightly behind and so I tried to resize the primary review dialog and that is what appeared to snap the sub dialog. While I do see the cursor change to resize, I am not able to resize the primary while the sub dialog is open. When it is just the primary dialog, it does resize as you suggest.
