Copilot is giving out steps to upload schematics of KiCAD files into flux software but no options are there under Import tab for.sch files

You're right —  this is an error on Copilot's part as Flux currently doesn't support importing KiCad schematics. You can only import your KiCad parts if they don't already exist in the Flux library and then recreate the schematic in Flux.
