Free Trail - Charges Credits - Scam? Bug?

Your Free Trial is false. There a number for forums online who say you are scameing people.
I went to cancel my free trial after 2 hours as couldn't make sense of your software and found you had automatic set $100 allowance to buy AI Credits. I don't even know what AI credits where and there no-one clear on your software the states you over your free credits. This really does this like a scam! Surely the value should be $0 when the account is set up and if free it should be blocked out!
According to your documentation, users on free or student plans cannot purchase additional credits, yet my free trial account was set to automatically billed for extra credits. This seems like a bug or your try to scam people. $100 on playing with how your software works is a joke esspicaly when it hidden! There no reason for you not to have a visible counter of credit on your GUI or have the abiity to say "your passed your free credits" your were quick enough to send me a email asking to buy more!
Please can you remove the charge for the credits I was unaware that I was being charged for. Hopefully this is just a mistake on your system, rather then a scam and poor business practice.
I've used you chatbot. Which can not connect to a human, or even tell me when a Human is available. Interestingly it did tell me i should be able to be charged credits on free account. I have emailed support but ticket status has not changed.

Hi Kevin. First, my apologies for the slow response. You should have received a human response to your support message after the chatbot's initial response.
I'm processing a full refund for you right away.
Thanks for taking the time to lay out your concerns about the default credit limit and in-app communication. I appreciate that it was not clear enough to you.

@Kevin Greene: good news, your card was never actually charged for anything during or after your trial.
I'll respond to you in private on the support ticket as well to verify details and make sure I covered all bases here.

Dirk Stoop thanks for getting back to me. It very confusing, eventho i've canceled my trail it looks like i'm going to roll onto the starter subscriptions as well.
I use a number of AI products, and the free trail has been very confusing as:
* it shows your being charged AI credits in the payment
* you cancel your subscription and its puts you on the starter
* you cant close an account easily.
* you cant remove you bank card
It would be better if your free trial gave you enough "free stuff" to build a a simple project from concept to finaL PCB.... It could be a simple as PCB shaped christmas tree with twinkly lights.

Kevin Greene, for sure, sorry it took a while!
I'm with you, giving people enough credits to get a solid chunk of work done fully within the trial is our goal, and in most cases, 500 credits should be. I like your idea of steering toward a simple project that can be done end-to-end. That should help quite a bit.
Now, more critically, I also hear what you're saying about how the whole trial/plan/paid credits/cancellation experience is quite disorienting and disjointed. We have some improvements to all of that on the roadmap, they should make all of this a lot more clear.
