I am writing to formally request a full refund for a charge on my account and to ensure my subscription is cancelled effective immediately.
I want to emphasize that I am certain I had already unsubscribed from your service prior to the billing date. Despite this, funds in the amount of 87.1 KM were deducted from my card on Friday, March 13th. This is clearly an error on your system's part, as I should not have been charged.
Furthermore, I have attempted to rectify this myself, but I cannot find any way to unsubscribe within your current user interface. It is frustrating that the system charged me after I had already opted out, and now provides no clear way to manage the subscription.
