Hi Flux team, please cancel my Flux account. I signed up for the free trial and was charged $16.36.

I did not purchase any additional credits and only used the free trial. I also cancelled my membership and do not believe this was a plan membership renewal

Please help me understand what this charge was for and cancel my subscription
