Hi there I have an academic account. On using the first 100 ACU's I had to purchase more. I went through the process to purchase more and it didn't appear. I then changed from $50 to $51 and now I have no plan associated with my account and I don't seem to have the credits Iw as trying to purchase. When I look at Link transactions I can see that the additional ACU's did not transact and that the subscription was "canceled" even though to the best of my knowledge I did not request cancelation.
