In summary, other users will not see a part one just published, sometimes it can take a few hours or 1-2 days, according to Vasyl.
Repro step:
- In account A, create and publish a part
- After like a few seconds, refresh account A's page and can search and can see the part you just published
- In account B, try to refresh the page and search the same part, but cannot see it in PartLibrary

Hi, I have just created a new component following one of your video tutorials.
I finished and the new component doesnt appear in my list of components, nor in the search list. But the component was generated and appears in my library.
Also, when I tried to export it, it throws an error.

Jharwin: It is now fixed, for some reason, maybe it just needed some time.
The weird thing is that I created other components and the issue did not happened.
