In case someone has a long bio text, lets truncate it after a certain character limit, otherwise projects get pushed down too far on mobile.

Check the template list.

Hi there I have an academic account. On using the first 100 ACU's I had to purchase more. I went through the process to purchase more and it didn't appear. I then changed from $50 to $51 and now I have no plan associated with my account and I don't seem to have the credits Iw as trying to purchase. When I look at Link transactions I can see that the additional ACU's did not transact and that the subscription was "canceled" even though to the best of my knowledge I did not request cancelation.

When you unstar a project in the "Starred" tab and switch to the "Overview" tab, the change isn't reflected, until a page refresh

I have 0 projects starred, but the profile snippet shows 3
