This happens if the layout is translated and/or rotated

When applying a thermal relief rule with "relief connect" on a via, it is not working and there is not thermal relief. (It just work for every other elements like component pads but it it not working for me on the vias in any design I am creating).

I'm learning Flux.ai , and I've run into something that makes no sense. I started this simple project: https://www.flux.ai/jamesnewton/light-controlled-motor?editor=pcb_2d and I followed these directions: https://docs.flux.ai/reference/silkscreen-reference#modifying-existing-silkscreen to move the "J2" designator to a new location and orientation. But when I try to move "J1" in the same way, it always just pops back to the original location. If I have two nets with fills on different layers, disabling the visibility of one layer should keep the hole of the stitching vias on, otherwise it's hiding stuff from me.
