Error generating PCB Data

Hello,
I also have this issue.
I deleted the package of a generic Inductor. ("Footprint changed to undefined").
Then the Error message started to show "Unable to generate PCB Data".
I have now deleted the Inductor but the error still happens.
Can't work on Project now. Could you please have a look?

I fixed it by using devtools to remove the black error overlay and then going back in change history.
However it keeps happening now at random points,
